It was in the mid-1950s when Tupperware's house-to-house-sales dropped, that Richard, a long term Tupperware employee, came up with a new and revolutionary business proposal of 'All shapes and sizes' to expand the company's plastic and rubber products. Needless to say that his presentation was met with only lukewarm enthusiasm.
