Autoporno

Autoporno is an art-project that is dealing with narcissistic personality disorder, a psychological disorder in which the patient struggles between emotions of grandeur and self-hatred. The one that suffers from narcissistic personality disorder is incapable of empathy and love towards others, however seeking it desparatley. This juxtaposition of the two creates a personality that is permanently struggling with itself, not being able to establish healthy connections with others or finding a healthy middle-ground between self-critique and self-acceptance which often ultimately resolves in suicidal actions.
